It's ever so easy and definitely a FUN way of keeping fit for all ages. If your stressed or depressed or simply want to get fit with dance, then come along and strut your stuff. No need for a partner or any previous dancing experience. We do however suggest that leather sole shoes are easier to dance in than trainers.
