Keep Fit for 60+

 

Tuesday 10.00 - 11.30 a.m.

TUTOR: JOHN CUFFE


This class is geared for the active elderly, the first part is seated with lots of movement but no weight on the body. In the second part, standing movements are broken down and taught separately

1. We mobilise and strengthen each joint of shoulder girdle.

2. Each joint of hip girdle.

3. Strengthen the heart that increases agility and circulation.

We all thoroughly enjoy the morning, which is has a coffee break for a chat. Do come along it w ill do you good.

It is quite energetic with periods of relaxation. The course covers exercises which are designed to tone up and strengthen the body and to increase the capacity of the heart and lungs. If you would like an enjoyable morning with a break for coffee and a chat. Do come along and join us.
